Quince’s whole pitch is a price comparison you can film: a $50 cashmere sweater, and a running ad that says “Their best sale price is still more than ours.” I’d build an organic creator roster that films that comparison daily on small accounts, and hand the hooks that break out to your paid team.
Former COO of Tabs. I ran the Tabs creator program: 100M+ organic views a month across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, not paid impressions. Most videos get a few hundred views and a few break out, so steady volume is the strategy.
This package, from outside research only, dated 29 Sept 2026:
| Week 1 | Claims sheet signed off, outreach from the shortlist, test briefs out |
| Week 2 | First 5 creators live, 35 videos |
| Weeks 3–4 | 10 creators, ~70 videos a week; first winners to paid |
| Creator pay | $500–1,500 per creator a month, ~$10K for the roster (proposed) |
| Gates | Day 45 and day 90, kill-or-keep, set now (proposed) |

When spend doubles, cost per order usually climbs because the same few ads wear out. The same four messages sit on 17 of the 30 cards I read. The fix is more winning creative, found cheaply in organic before it gets paid money. Target, proposed: $1–2 per 1,000 organic views by day 90, with winners handed to paid.

Ten small creators posting daily test ~300 videos a month (proposed) for ~$10K. Anything that clears 100K organic views goes to your ad team as a Spark or partnership ad.
All 17 Quince cards I read were brand-made; none was a creator partnership. Same hooks, new messenger.

Two running ads already say “even during their biggest sale.” Each season gets a hook set 3 weeks ahead (proposed): coats by Oct 15, Black Friday sale-compare by Nov 1, gifting by Nov 20, January basics by Dec 15.

Your current paid budget is yours to fill in on day one.

At these assumptions, $12 per 1,000 impressions × 1% click-through × 3% conversion = $40 per first order against a $49.90 sweater. Every point of click-through a creator hook adds is worth more than any bid change. Replace each line with your numbers in week 1.
Where the next $100K goes: at $40 per first order that’s ~2.5K new customers. A creator hook that lifts click-through from 1% to 1.5% makes it ~3.75K. All assumed, proposed.
Tracking I’d spec and work through with your team. That part isn’t me.
Claims sheet, outreach to the first ten creators, test briefs. Five creators live in week two, about $3K in retainers that month (proposed).

Proof accounts: @naomixtabs and @tabs.monica. For Quince the format stays; the content changes.
Quince’s proof is visual and comparative: a real price next to a real fabric. That’s a phone-shot format.

Quince’s own video ads today: mirror try-ons with the factory-direct explainer. The 232-day one proves the format; the roster makes 70 a week.
Real running Quince ads whose copy hook remakes as a phone-shot creator video. Days as of 29 Sept. None verified as UGC;
Your ads say “up to 80% less” and “50–80% less than traditional retail”; there are third-party disputes over “dupe” claims (Williams-Sonoma, Nov 2025, outcome not read). Creators never compare to a named brand or say “dupe” unless the sheet allows it.

7 verified under 5,000 followers (live TikTok profiles, 29 Sept 2026), found on TikTok’s own Quince topic pages; videos not opened yet. Excluded: @BellabooLove107 (3.5K, 0 videos), @unslicedtoast (9 followers).

Roster rules: 50%+ US; +1 US and +1 international added monthly. A month-one mix: 5 US standard × $550 + 3 US premium × $1,000 + 2 international × $500 = $6.75K before bonuses.
One bonus per creator per month, per video not cumulative, organic views only, none on a claims-sheet violation. Proposed.
Target: $1 per 1,000 organic views. Inputs start at the illustrative case (not Quince data): 10 creators × $1,000 = $10K, ~300 videos. Median 1.5K views, 5% break out to 40K, 0.7% go viral to 300K: ~1.6M views, about $6.10 per 1,000. Not at target. Move the inputs.
